Frequently Asked Questions

Choosing and trusting a new freelancer can be intimidating, I completely get it! Especially when you feel lost about what questions you should be asking! Check out some of the most frequently asked questions I receive from prospective clients and if you still have some, feel free to contact me!

  • Yes! In most cases, I do not charge for revisions and there are no limits on the amount of revisions I will do while your project is being worked on. However, in certain cases, I do reserve the right to charge hourly if the amount of revisions gets out of hand. I will inform you should i feel we are going beyond the scope of the project.

  • Yes! If you are interested in multiple services with me, I do have packages available that you can bundle together. Since no two projects are the same, I would create a custom proposal for you based on your needs for your business or company.

  • Absolutely! I have always believed in helping people to the best of my ability. If you have questions or aren’t sure what direction to go, I am always more than willing to help you by providing feedback or advice. Whatever you are working on - you are not alone!

  • Comparing one project to a different one is like trying to compare an apple to a banana - you just can’t do it! My pricing is based on YOUR project and your project alone. In good faith, I cannot charge the same amount for a 5 page website as I would a 10 page website, as a basic example. While I have my own pricing that I keep privately, I use this as a guide because I believe every project is unique.

  • YES. And, please be honest with me if you need to stick within a specific budget range. I would rather know your budget ahead of time should it be something I cannot work with. I am ALWAYS willing to work with my clients within their budget and I try to keep my pricing fair to that while being fair to myself as a professional. Times are hard, and while I have to make a living, I also know that times are hard for small businesses.

  • Yes! I could never imagine charging for a quote. Quotes are provided to you with no obligation to purchase.

  • I have been working as a professional designer and freelancer since 2014 when I graduated from college. I have a few years experience prior to that thanks to college courses, internships, and club organizations I was involved in.
