About Alyssa Bishop

Thank you for taking the time to view my website!

My name is Alyssa Bishop. I currently live in Reynolds, Pennsylvania, a very short drive from where I grew up in Sharpsville, Pennsylvania. Located just between Erie and Pittsburgh, I’m a small town girl who loves the simple things in life. In case you’re wondering, that’s my dog Cooper, an 80 pound Labradoodle who I love with my whole heart, even if he drives me crazy sometimes with his antics!

I graduated from Robert Morris University, located near Pittsburgh, in 2014, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design and minor in English. In 2016, I decided to take the leap of faith and applied to graduate school at Point Park University. I’ve never been one to be content with just doing one thing! I graduated with my Master’s Degree in Communication Technology from PPU in 2019. It was one of the most challenging times of my life, working full -time while going to school full-time, but it could not have been more worth it. I truly love what I do.

I’ve worked in a variety of industries throughout my career. From the newspaper industry, to manufacturing and to contract positions, I truly have a wide variety of experience through full-time,part-time, freelance, and contract work!

I’m only in competition with myself. I am always looking for more ways to level up as a professional and in my personal life. While I may be in a small town, my dreams and aspirations can’t be contained.

If you ask me what I do in my free time for fun, you’ll see that my hobbies and interests are as varied as my professional life! I love reading, crafting, drawing, painting, writing, woodburning art, jewelry making, and even knitting! My family, friends, and animals are my world. My fiancée and I have our dog Cooper together and 5 cats! In our free time together, we love to kayak and just hang out in our own backyard. In the summer, you can either find me outside or hopefully in a pool or on the water somewhere! If I could bring my laptop in a pool somewhere and work all day without worrying about it getting ruined - I absolutely would!

I love meeting and talking to new people and I’m always interested in learning about other people and cultures.

Thank your for taking the time to read my about page and again, for browsing my website. I would love to hear from you and to learn how I can help you and your business/company grow!
